CSA NSW Division Annual General Meeting 2025

The Annual General Meeting for 2024 of the New South Wales Division of the Colour Society of Australia will be held on Zoom at the following time:

Date: Wednesday, 17 December 2025

Time: 5 pm AEDT

Registration by midnight on Tuesday December 16 is essential. Registrants will be sent the Zoom link  shortly before the meeting.

Please find below links to download the Agenda, Nomination form and Proxy Voting form. Nominations for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Officer must be received no later than midnight AEDT on December 15.

If you are unable to attend the AGM in person please nominate a trusted CSA member/officer to act as proxy and vote on your behalf at the meeting. Proxy nomination forms must be received no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.

The NSW Division 2025 Annual Report and Financial Report will be available in the Member's Area of the CSA website prior to the meeting.

The National Executive Committee has regretfully decided to postpone the national Annual General Meeting of the Colour Society of Australia until early next year. If you are in a position to assist the Society by standing for a position on the NEC, particularly for the vacant role of Treasurer, please advise CSA President Mike Dixon by email at csa.nec.pres@gmail.com.
