Colour Matrix Sydney 2025 Conference Dinner

Please register here if you'd like to attend the Colour Matrix Sydney 2025 conference dinner on Friday October 31, 6 pm to 8 pm, at the Spanish restuarant Balcon by Tapavino, located a short walk from the conference venue at 17 Bligh Street, Sydney.

Your registration fee covers the cost of the "Spanish Party" banquet menu, which is advertised as including the following:

• Balcon Fritto (1)
• Jamon Serrano, Balcon Curd, Seasonal Fruit
• House Made Mato, Honeycomb
• Roasted Pumpkin, Ajo Blanco, Fresh Goat's Cheese, Pepitas
• Lamb Cutlets, Mojo Rojo (1)
• Fried Potatoes
• 2 hour House Drink Package

However the restaurant states that they "have the ability to adjust the menu to suit your tastes, preference, and dietary concerns", so please advise of your dietary requirements, allergies etc and any questions about substitutions to the set menu on the registration form and we'll pass on the information to the restaurant. Registration for this dinner is provided at cost to the Society, including the 10% service charge added by the restaurant for groups of more than 8 people.

Registration for this event is required by midnight on Sunday October 26.
